POSITION PURPOSEPrepare and plan the loads for different markets, working with external logistics, export, and Customer Service to achieve the company targets in terms of volumes and shipments. Manage stock and workload at the warehouse.POSITION NATURE & SCOPEKey AccountabilitiesManage shipments according to market priorities, backlog, OTD, and customer requests, interacting with CS, Export, and Finance departments.Prepare and provide load lists to the warehouse supervisor to accomplish physical shipment loads.Define daily shipment plans in collaboration with the warehouse and front office departments.Arrange periodic alignment meetings with Export, Production, S&OP, and CS departments to ensure timely availability of goods.Track logistics KPIs such as OTD and missing SKUs.Lead activities to ensure a lean and reliable flow of information among the involved departments.Provide comprehensive logistics support and market knowledge to internal and external customers, maintaining high standards required by final customers.RequisitiQualifications & EducationUniversity degree or high school diploma.Skills / Experience / KnowledgeKnowledge of SAP, Excel, warehouse and logistics operations, and ADR; proficiency in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.Communication and Working Relationships (Internal / External)Internal: Production, Customer Service, Export Sales, S&OP.External: Forwarders, Customers, Suppliers.
