Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Turkey, this role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of our logistics services and warehouse operations across the country.Key Accountabilities :As a Logistics Manager, you will :Define and control the annual logistics budget for Turkey, including transport, storage, and distribution.Lead the procurement of logistics services : manage tenders, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, and propose improvements to logistics-related procedures.Monitor and optimize all logistics and warehouse processes, both in-house and outsourced, ensuring KPIs are met.Lead and support logistics projects aimed at improving performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.Manage the execution of warehouse operations, proposing projects to enhance safety, service, and efficiency.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental compliance within logistics operations.Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering communication, feedback, and professional growth.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in logistics management or related rolesProven ability to manage complex logistics and warehouse operationsStrong leadership and team development skillsSolid understanding of logistics contracts, budgeting, and performance monitoringFluent in English; Turkish language proficiency is a strong assetPlease kindly apply your CV in EnglishAt Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.
