We are looking for a Logistics Cost Analyst to join an experienced and enthusiastic team dedicated to find the most efficient solution for the distribution of our cables.
You will report to the Logistics Director of the Division Transmission and the role has the aim to analyze and monitor the logistics costs related to the projects in execution to support the projects achieving their completion within the budget.
You will be the person of reference in the team for all projects in the Division and you will connect with the internal stakeholders as Project Managers Finance and Logistics Project teams.
Your role activities

You will collect data analyzing it and producing reports out of it
Monitor the budget and prepare the costs forecasts within the logistics scopes of each project
You will work and create collaboration with Controlling / Finance team providing regular input on the Logistics costs and forecasts and the project management team
You will run SAP reports to support on the analysis and data collection
Provide feedback to the Logistics team on lesson learned from projects in execution from costs perspective.

About you
We are looking for a professional with a proven experience in Controlling or Finance good analytical skill and who loves to connect with colleagues and engaging with different departments.

Education background: Bachelor / Master in Economics Business Administration Management Foreign Languages and Literature
A previous experience in Cost Management or similar role
Good knowledge of SAP and Excel. Power BI is a plus.
You are fluent Italian and English
Passionate about connecting with people in a multicultural environment working with different teams
Willingness to travel to site
