Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations within the logistics department. This role involves overseeing shipments, coordinating with internal teams, managing tasks in ERP, and supporting process improvements to improve overall logistics performance to meet customer satisfaction and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Logistics team in daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Administer and manage logistics-related tasks within ERP and EWM, also actively participating in the design phase of implementation and change of the new management systems.
Supervise and monitor the work of warehouse operators, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and logistics performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Sales and Procurement to optimize supply chain processes.
Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Some experience in logistics / supply chain / transportation
Knowledge of logistics & warehouse software / systems (e.g. WMS, ERP) and good computer skills (Excel, tracking systems).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Problem‑solving mindset: ability to respond to unexpected issues (delays, shortages etc.) and find solutions.
