Your Responsibilities
Development and implementation of efficient intralogistics concepts according to lean principles in cooperation with the operational logistics department
Design and implementation of logistics processes at warehouse and production sites, from incoming good to dispatch according to the principles of lean logistics (e.g. JIS, JIT, Kanban, tugger trains, 5S, FIFO and line back planning)
Continuous improvement of logistics processes in collaboration with operational logistics and process planning departments
Creation of workflows and processes, including documentation and training of employees
Supporting product development projects in the context of industrialisation and serialisation
Development and improvement of logistics KPIs (e.g. delivery reliability, stock reliability, stock quantity)
Cooperation, tendering and negotiations with logistics service providers
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, production or a comparable education
Expertise in intralogistics processes, ideally with lean logistics experience
Knowledge of synchronised provisioning concepts and process optimisation
Project management skills
Communication skills, analytical thinking and willingness to travel
Confident handling of MS Office programmes (Windows, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
Very good knowledge of Italian, German and/or English
