Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Logistics Manager EU - based in Pognano (Bergamo) to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team and reporting to the Global Logistics Director to handle the KIKO distribution on our European Channels.
In particular, you will:
Oversee product distribution to all direct stores across the EU
Manage logistics and shipments for e-commerce operations within the EU
Supervise logistics and deliveries to wholesale and franchising partners in the EU
Be responsible for the UK Dark Store operations
Lead and coordinate a team of 5 people, plus the UK Dark Store team
Act as the main point of contact for logistics suppliers and service providers
Negotiate transportation rates and contracts with carriers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Planning, Commercial, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
Design and optimize processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization
Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or similar field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in retail and/or e-commerce environments is a plus
Highly collaborative style and ability to work in teams
Ability to conduct meetings with peers, more senior colleagues, clients and suppliers
Be familiar with common IT integrations and flows
Be familiar with 3PL and transports management systems
