We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the Operations team at Livorno Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and preparation of finished‑goods kits. The role involves managing inventory, supervising a team of around 35 operators, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency and implementing standard operating procedures.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse operators, including shift organization, training, and performance feedback.
Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during everyday operating tasks. Conduct periodic safety inspections.
Inventory Management: Audit and report inventory levels; conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accuracy.
Technology & Reporting: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and production control software.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating a warehouse.
Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in SAP and WMS.
Knowledge of inventory control techniques.
Compliance awareness (D.L. 81/2008 and local safety standards).
