Key Accountabilities

Activity Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites.
Collaborate with team members: Ensure efficient operations.
Maintain regular interfaces: Proactively plan and implement improvement measures.
Personnel Management Assistance: Support in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision.
Supervise inspections: Review reports and documentation issued by Site Supervisors; collect and file required records.
Quality Assurance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities; ensure conformance by checking, verifying, inspecting or auditing as appropriate.
Continuous improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance processes.
Cost Optimization Assistance: Contribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality; monitor and control expenses related to site operations.
Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services, complying with billing procedures.
Resource Allocation Assistance: Assist in allocating and managing resources for site supervision activities; provide support and guidance to team members.
Performance Evaluation Support: Participate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams and contribute to improvement plans.
Scheduling and Milestone Assistance: Develop and manage schedules for site supervision activities, adjusting to ensure timely completion.
Contract Management Support: Assist in managing contracts for site supervision services, contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Customer Satisfaction Focus: Support efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels; address concerns and collaborate with the team.
Data Management Support: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems and follow agreed procedures.
Risk Awareness: Identify and report potential risks associated with site operations; contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance Assistance: Plan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify compliance with specified policies, objectives and requirements; support efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, OHSE policies, and RINA QMS; stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements; perform tasks in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System; support environmental and safety programs.

Education

Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Italian languages
Basic knowledge of Project Management activities

Contract Management

Basic knowledge about managing contracts, including negotiation, administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Budget Management

Basic knowledge about budget management, cost control, and financial analysis within the construction or related industry.

Project Advancement

Basic knowledge about advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
