Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unitbased in Florence, is looking for an energetic and highly organized Marketing Coordination Specialist.LG&A Marketing SpecialistThe profile will support the Senior Manager in executing projects related to marketing and communication plans aligned with the brand strategy for the LG&A category.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESShowroom & Collection LaunchManage the showroom sample set and ensure compliance in coordination with the Product Development Department.Organize seasonal collection launches in Florence showroom for buyers and partners, including agenda coordination, seating arrangements, staff events, product displays, and support materials, in collaboration with Corporate Events and Visual Merchandising teams.Support collection presentations during Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks, ensuring product availability and collaborating with VM team on displays.Global PR Network SupportAssist the PR network with communication activities in line with global strategy and local goals.Define seasonal PR and VIP Gifting sets, coordinate their deployment with the Distribution Department, and monitor communication effectiveness.Support seeding to talents and celebrities, and implement press relations initiatives.Assets CreationCoordinate with agencies for shooting and post-production of product photos, ensuring alignment with products and timely delivery.Collaborate with Product Development to identify key technical and artisanal phases for shooting.Budget ManagementAssist the Manager in managing the Marketing Department budget, including negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.ProfileQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in marketing or communication within a luxury or fashion brand.Project management skills.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and PLM is a plus.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Soft Skills / RequirementsStrong organizational skills and structured approach.Ability to work under pressure.Team cooperation and flexibility.Customer-oriented mindset.
