We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate R&D Specialist to join our team in Milano. The recruited person will support R&D activities with a focus on research and development of materials (Leather/Textile/Semi‑finished) and samples order management, collaborating actively with suppliers and the internal team (Quality, Product Development).
How will you make an impact?
You’ll support our team in:

Research and development of selected raw materials
Order and dispatch of raw material samples
Colour approval and creation of seasonal colour files based on input from styling office and marketing
Collaboration with manufacturers regarding shipping of materials, DDT management and tracking
Allocation of materials codes in PLM

How will you experience success with us?

Near‑graduate or graduate in Industrial Product Design, Textile Engineering or equivalent
Good command of Excel (Pivot, VLookup, etc.)
Good English knowledge (French is a plus)
Good knowledge of materials used in fashion product collections (Leather/Textile/Semi‑finished)
Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
Attitude for managing priorities and teamwork
