The resource will also ensure the adequacy of the process, with a focus on feasibility, quality, and technical support for production.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor the optimization processes of the industrial prototypeEvaluate innovative process and product solutionsModify patterns to implement improvementsFollow the internal leather goods department and all external suppliers and verify compliance with the defined industrialization processEnsure the feasibility analysis of new products and processes and collaborate to improve existing onesSupport the product development office in the evaluation of materials, combining stylistic needs and production capabilitiesEnsure the correct management of the industrialization of production, proactively assessing any product defectsPlan the industrialization activities necessary for the realization of production inputsFollow production requests from a technical and design point of viewDefine the tools and operations necessary for the optimization of productsInteract with the Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Project Manager departments to ensure the proper progress of the optimization phasesYour ProfileAt least 10 years of experience in leather goods industrialization or consolidated experience as a pattern maker/prototypist in the leather goods/bags sector.Technical Diploma or DegreeKnowledge of techniques for reading and modifying patterns and for creating prototypesIn-depth knowledge of the production and quality process in the field of leather goodsAbility to communicate with different departments to resolve issuesProblem-solving, negotiation, and flexibility skillsComputer proficiency, in particular Excel.
