The Role
We are seeking a Legal Trainee in our Corporate Crisis and Restructuring team. This is an excellent opportunity for a final‑year law student or recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience at a leading law firm. You will provide critical support on complex matters. Your work will focus on legal advice, legal research, and drafting documents for Restructuring & Insolvency matters, Litigation & Arbitration in corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes and Distressed M&A transactions involving companies in crisis, funds, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and opinions.
Conducting legal researches and analysis.
Supporting and participating in litigation and arbitration cases related to corporate, bankruptcy, and commercial law.
Helping with due diligence processes by reviewing and summarizing documents.
Collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues in the project execution.

Qualifications

A strong academic record from a top university.
A solid understanding of bankruptcy, corporate and commercial law doctrines.
Excellent writing skills.
Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
