Your Role
As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry.
Key responsibilities include

Assisting clients with due diligence activities
Supporting the M&A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects’ related provisions
Drafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues
Conducting legal research
Collaborating with the other departments at Green Horse Advisory
