Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates, and legal processes;marketing support with a focus on regional vendor contracts and privacy;within your broader regional responsibilities you will also) provide (first) point of contact support for non-revenue contract related legal issues (e.g. employment agreements, leasing and purchasing agreements etc.) and assist in the establishment and roll-out of company-wide policies with respect to general compliance matters;For the Privacy function you willsupport our continuous enhancement and implementation of our global privacy program;serve as an emergency contact for the incident response teamRequired Qualifications3+ years of working experienceDegree in LawEffective oral and written negotiation skillsStrong financial and business acumenPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of common software development and business models and related legal topics in Liferay’s industry;Understanding of major international data protection and privacy frameworks.
