How you’ll contribute
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be part of the Legal Risk & Compliance team of Docplanner Italy providing assistance for MioDottore GIPO and TuoTempo digital products.
Key Responsibilities

Managing B2B contracts and related negotiations
Providing legal support to various business functions (Patient Care Finance Customer Success Marketing)
Handling privacy and data protection matters
Supporting complaint management and litigation processes
Collaborating with global functions for local implementation of group initiatives
Developing and delivering targeted training on relevant legal topics to colleagues

Qualifications : We are looking for

Law degree
Mastery of civil and commercial law
Experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts
Good knowledge of privacy regulations
Good communication skills with functions other than legal
Professional knowledge of English language
3-5 years of experience gained in qualified legal contexts in-house and / or at international law firms

Nice to have :

Work experience in the software field with particular focus on software offered as SaaS and software that includes artificial intelligence functionality
Experience in managing processes related to data subject rights in privacy (DSR) and in general in the management of incidents involving personal data
Interest in the healthcare sector
