We are seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel to join our fast-growing team in Milan.As a Legal Counsel at Domyn, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of company matters, with particular focus on technology-related contracts - spanning both software and hardware - and corporate governance.As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments, offering critical insights to drive our company's growth and success.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDraft and review contracts and other legal documentationProvide strategic advice on business transaction and corporate governanceConduct legal research and provide guidance on legal issues arising from business operationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the company's business activitiesAssist in developing and improving company policies and proceduresWhat you haveLaw degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission in Italy or in the United States is preferredMinimum 3 years of experience at a law firmStrong background in technology law, specializing in drafting and negotiating contracts related to software and hardwareKnowledge of privacy regulations and/or corporate governance will be considered as a plusAbility to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical advice and solutionsStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments under pressureFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken (native or bilingual)PerksLearning Friday.
