We are hiring a Legal Counsel at our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the CFO and functionally to the Head of Legal Services.You will support the Head of Legal Services in managing legal issues (excluding labor law), including legal opinions, contract drafting, and legal arguments, with worldwide implications.Main Activities:Prepare legal opinions to support business areas, considering company needs, legal constraints, and process timelines.Collaborate with external legal providers for specific issues, especially international matters.Evaluate legal risks to support business decisions with appropriate solutions.Draft contracts related to dealerships, sponsorships, motorsport, consulting, procurement, engineering, and licensing on a global scale.Support negotiations with suppliers on legal issues, respecting deadlines.Analyze applicable regulations in the automotive sector worldwide to ensure product compliance.Manage legal arguments by collecting information and analyzing with involved organizational units.Assess legal risks and advise on strategic responses.Provide legal support on brand protection and intellectual property cases.Evaluate legal service providers and monitor costs.Coordinate with VW legal units for benchmarking and updates on legal structures.Collaborate with regional heads on legal matters worldwide and support local legal issues.Assist in product liability topics.About youLaw degree (MBA/LLM or equivalent is a plus).Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies.Bar admission is preferred.Proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus.Strong communication skills.Team-oriented and meticulous.What we offerHolistic Well-Being program.Parenthood support.Exclusive opportunities for internal employees.Access to specialized learning paths.If interested, please submit your application by June 25th.Apply now by filling out the form below and accepting our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
