I'm currently hiring for a Contract Manager role in the infrastructure space within the renewable energy sector, based in Rome, Italy.Role Overview:Contract management support for a major renewable energy portfolio (Solar)Key focus on the revamping/implementation phase of multiple infrastructure sitesKey Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc.)Managing legal risk, corporate governance, and compliance mattersLiaising with external counsel and internal stakeholdersSupporting litigation and dispute resolution processesOverseeing insurance, facility agreements, and contract milestonesContributing to internal policy and KYC/AML processesWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years’ legal experience, ideally in renewables or infrastructureBackground in commercial contract negotiation and regulatory lawStrong understanding of Italian legal frameworks and public authoritiesFluent in Italian and EnglishBased in or open to relocation to Rome
