Job Opportunity: Legal Advisor
On behalf of our client, a long-established company operating in the Financial Industry, GRS Recruitment is seeking a Legal Advisor to join their Nicosia-based team. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in all legal operations of the company, including Cyprus and UK Real Estate investments, Cyprus fund management, and UK financing operations.
Engage with other teams within the company and provide legal advice to support the strategic objectives of the company and group.
Assist with reporting obligations of an investment firm and related matters.
Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
Provide operational legal advice and support management and employees on various topics.
Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts.
Support the Head of Legal with daily operations of the legal department, including staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile

3-4 years post-qualification experience.
Excellent academic background.
Experience advising on commercial contracts with strong drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, capable of working autonomously and in teams.
Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Motivated, eager to learn, and develop new skills.
Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Experience in Credit financing and UK Real Estate is advantageous.
CySEC Advanced Examination holder is advantageous.
Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage.
