About the role
As a Legal & Compliance Support, you will join the team and assist with legal, contractual, and compliance activities. Specifically, you will:

Support the drafting, review, and filing of contracts (vendors, clients, NDAs, service agreements).
Assist in managing and updating company policies (privacy, data protection, information security) in line with Skillvue’s needs.
Support regulatory compliance activities and help prepare required documentation (checklists, procedures, reports).
Conduct legal research, collect and organize reference materials, and maintain the legal and contract archives.
Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team on contractual and employment law matters.
Work closely with our DPO.

Required

Degree in Law or Legal Studies.
Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR) and data protection principles.
Strong interest in privacy, data protection and compliance, with a good inclination toward employment law and HR topics.
Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team as well as interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.

Nice to have

Prior experience (even short internships) in contract law, employment law, privacy/GDPR, or compliance.
