You will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer. As a global company, we do not require you to be trained or qualified in a particular legal system. Please note, however, that our operations are currently focused on Europe and the USA.ResponsibilitiesLegal research on different topics, with a focus on privacy topics;Draft analysis;Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements;Supporting other departments by providing legal advice and reports about specific requests.QualificationsMaster’s degree in law;At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;Full professional English proficiency and experience working on a legal professional level with it;Strong affinity with technology and its implications on law;Being a team player and willing to work in a team.Added valuesPrevious experience with GDPR-related topics;Curious mindset and meticulous working method;Professional legal experience in more than one country;Excellent knowledge of one or more further languages, especially European languages;Pragmatic approach to solving legal problems;Admission to the bar in one country.LocationAt iubenda we believe in full-remote.
