Mission del ruolo
Crédit Agricole Italia is looking for commercial figures with a strong relational capacity and a continuous orientation towards new client acquisition, especially in the private segment (Affluent/Upper Affluent).
The Consulente will be responsible for portfolio growth by offering the full range of Group products and services. Aligned with the Bank’s general policies, responsibilities include:

Ensuring achievement of economic objectives.
Analyzing client risk profiles using advanced IT support.
Proposing products in line with investment strategies and the client risk profile.
Periodically verifying the client’s investment strategy adequacy.
Pursuing continuous updates on new products and commercial initiatives.

The selected candidate will be able to operate dynamically across the national territory.
Requirements
Education: Diploma of secondary school or higher.
Minimum experience: at least 3 years in a role such as Gestore Premium/ Affluent, Branch Manager with a Premium/ Affluent portfolio, or Consulente Finanziario within a commercial network.
Desired characteristics:

Excellent knowledge of the territory and reference context.
High organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Strong commercial attitude and proactive client development.

Personality traits

Relational skills and person‑oriented orientation.
