About Our Hotels
Villa Igiea, reopened in May 2021 after extensive refurbishment, blends contemporary design with Liberty style. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

Deliver, implement, and evaluate corporate training & development programs to enhance performance across our properties;
Report to the Area HR Director;
Identify training needs, design, and deliver training initiatives;
Build relationships with managers and team members to understand and respond to needs;
Support HR Directors and Senior Managers in talent review and development;
Create training materials for in-house courses;
Support and develop the Departmental Trainers’ program;
Assist in creating and implementing the Hotel Training Plan and budget;
Monitor guest feedback and quality data;
Maintain documentation of all L&D activities;
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations;
Perform other related duties to promote continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For
We seek passionate individuals who value our hotels and guests, with:

At least 7 years of experience in a similar hospitality role;
Strong classroom training and community engagement skills;
Fluency in English and Italian;
Coaching and mentoring abilities;
Experience in diverse training methods and channels;
Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
Willingness to travel within Italy.
