On behalf of our client, a prestigious multinational company, we are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to take on the role of LEAN Transformation Process Leader. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving both the strategic and operational aspects of the LEAN transformation across the organization. This includes leading a team of professionals and collaborating with functional leaders to define guidelines and procedures. The role requires strong field engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning, extending up to the Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities

Assess the current state of the company’s transformation journey and define the desired “to‑be” model.
Develop and implement effective action plans to support the transformation.
Champion strategic initiatives such as cross‑functional value stream optimization and the deployment of Hoshin Kanri methodology.
Coordinate the operational framework across all business global functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
Lead problem‑solving sessions, operational planning, and Kaizen activities.
Act as the primary driver of LEAN processes, spending significant time in the field and leading by example.
Promote benchmarking with other organizations and address skill gaps to support cultural and operational change.
Ensure alignment between strategy, business priorities, and execution.

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in complex industrial environments.
Strong expertise in both manufacturing and transactional processes.
Proven leadership in the end‑to‑end implementation of LEAN methodologies.
Experience in team management and development.
Master’s degree.
LEAN certifications or advanced qualifications such as an MBA are considered a plus.
