This is a unique opportunity to join an international company as aLean / Value Stream Managerfor our Braking plant in Mondovi, Italy.In this key role, you will be responsible and accountable for continuous improvement, efficiencies, lean practices, and fostering a culture of lean across the plant's products, systems, operations, and processes.You will also manage all resources within your assigned area to meet customer requirements for timely delivery of quality products.Location: MondoviPlant employs 330 staff and specializes in producing brake pads for the OE and global aftermarket markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and lead Lean implementation within the plant, covering technical and managerial aspects.Contribute to plant performance improvements by promoting Lean tools and techniques.Provide Lean expertise and facilitate Lean events/workshops (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Standardized Work).Propose improvement ideas or projects and support their implementation.Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement, facilitate Kaizen events, and serve as a change agent.Support other departments in identifying improvement projects and estimating savings, providing necessary tools.Lead problem-solving activities using basic tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram) or Six Sigma tools if needed.Coordinate all process functions for the motorcycle value stream, including maintenance, engineering, scheduling, supervision, and manufacturing.Achieve critical success factors outlined in the annual business plan.Identify resource requirements and develop plans for building the value stream organization.Supervise all employees, including staffing, training, safety compliance, and performance feedback.Support safety and quality programs.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred.3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and philosophies.Ability to manage production and work planning.Excellent leadership and coaching skills.Result-oriented mindset.What We OfferWe aim to make you feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired, offering benefits that support your health, well-being, personal and professional growth, and a positive working environment.Who We AreTenneco is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of automotive products for OEM and aftermarket customers, with 2019 revenues of $17.5 billion and about 78,000 employees worldwide.
