Thanks to the transversal responsibilities expected for this role you will have the possibility to gain experience across the Fabric Care Product lines and Electrolux Major Appliance - Europe.What you’ll do :Based in the Porcia (PN), you will ensure the implementation of best in class, standardized and optimized solutions for different Lean optimization projectsIn detail, you will :Prepare technical specification for new equipment and toolingSupport Maintenance team in improvements of performance equipmentInterface with R&D, Quality and Central Engineering for manufacturability of productsCooperation with Central Engineering to industrialize new products and research innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processesWho you are :Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education.Previous experience in Lean or Process engineering would be considered a plusStrong problem solving with consistent analysis attitude;Process-oriented and cost-conscious mindset;Open-minded and improvement-oriented attitude;Good communication skills (ability to interact with factory and at R&D colleagues);Fluent in English and ItalianWhere you’ll be :You will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where the main Electrolux R&D centre is located.
