Supervise the management of accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger accounting.Oversee customer billing in collaboration with the internal sales team.Manage monthly IAS closures and annual financial statements for group consolidation.Conduct quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and monthly intercompany reconciliations.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax obligations with external consultants.Support the Transfer Pricing consultant in preparing documentation.Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.Supervise payroll processing with support from an external provider.Act as the Local HR Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with labor laws.Serve as the Local Privacy Coordinator for data protection compliance.Lead and develop a small team of three finance professionals.Requirements :Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, and IAS regulations.Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and intercompany reconciliations.Knowledge of Italian labor law and Payroll Management.Proficient in Excel and SAP S / 4HANA, knowledge of other accounting and reporting tools is an advantage.Business-Fluency in English.
