OverviewLead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & ExecutionJoin to apply for the Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution role at Baker Hughes. Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.ResponsibilitiesManaging master planning, material processes and systems; prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and implement process improvements.Exchanging data and information; address interaction concerns and drive improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Provide guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $1.5 million.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing)Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and ExecutionStrong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skillsDesired CharacteristicsAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational abilityWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
