Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead CMS & Front-End Developer to join our team in Milan.Job Description:Reporting to the Director of the Commerce & Content Business Unit, you will be responsible for integrating designs into scalable user interfaces for e-commerce and content solutions. You will oversee CMS and front-end architecture, estimate activities, and validate technical designs.You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Back-End teams, and DevOps to ensure optimized solutions, acting as a technical leader and driving innovation and best practices.Internally, you will provide assets and knowledge transfer to support the growth and scalability of our offerings within the CMS & Front-End team. You will also support team members' development and career growth.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust user interfaces using React/VueJS and NodeParticipate in requirements gathering, design, development, and QA supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize usability, accessibility, and performanceBuild reusable components on CMS and front-endOptimize code for performance and SEODiscover and implement new technologiesManage and prioritize the frontend team's backlog, ensuring timely deliveryMentor and upskill team members with modern technologies and best practicesRequirements:At least 6 years of relevant front-end development experience, including team managementExperience developing CMS, Front-End, and e-commerce solutionsAt least 4 years of experience with the React ecosystemStrong knowledge of State Management and workflowsIn-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, and HTMLProficiency in Vanilla JavaScript and browser APIsExperience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrationKnowledge of full SDLC lifecycleGood sense of User Experience and DesignExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience with CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab pipelines)Experience with gitKnowledge of Design Systems principlesEnglish proficiencyOptional/Nice to have:Familiarity with frameworks like Angular, Solid, SvelteExperience with Next.js and VercelFamiliarity with accessibility principles and patternsExperience with E2E testing workflowsKnowledge of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)Understanding of current commerce and content management systemsStrong focus on User Experience and DesignWhat we offer:A dynamic and stimulating work environment with growth opportunitiesWork with high-profile clients and innovative projectsContinuous training and skill developmentIf you believe you meet these requirements, please apply!
