Lead Engineer within the Systems and Solutions organization. You will guide projects, coordinate project team members, and help ensure our products meet high standards. You’ll work with different teams to design and build smart, practical solutions. Applications are welcome. Our office is located in Seregno, Italy.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in understanding and meeting customer expectations.Own engineering tasks, using effective methods to reduce costs while maintaining schedule and quality.Act as the main technical contact for the customer on assigned projects.Help prepare procurement lists and specifications for sub-contracts, ensuring timely delivery.Ensure all engineering deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, and schedule requirements, and flag any customer-driven changes.Promote a supportive team environment and assist colleagues in achieving their development goals.Contribute to bid activities, ensuring customer needs are understood and smart, efficient solutions are proposed.Who You AreYou actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners.
