ResponsibilitiesData & Intelligence Business Line at NTT DATA is looking for a Lead Data Architect AWS.Your role as a Lead Data Architect AWS will include:Managing key clientsManaging relationships with AWSManaging the AWS Center of ExcellenceLeading Data & Analytics AWS projectsSupporting recruitment effortsSupporting value proposition developmentSupporting development of skills and capabilities, such as:Designing data platforms on AWS data stores like Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, S3Designing operations architecture and conducting performance engineering for large-scale data lakes in production environmentsApplying the Well-Architected Framework to solution design and implementationCreating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions on AWS using AWS native services (such as Glue, Lambda) or data management technologies (such as Talend or Informatica)Participating in client design workshops and providing trade-offs and recommendations for building solutionsMentoring other engineers in coding best practices and problem solvingRequired SkillsProven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting firmsMinimum of 5 years managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior levelExperience working in an AWS cloud-native environmentKnowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premiseExperience with AWS infrastructure and networkingExperience with AWS collection services: Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration ServiceExperience with AWS storage services: S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDBExperience with AWS compute services: EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKSExperience building and delivering proofs-of-concept to address specific business needs using appropriate techniques, data sources, and technologiesExperience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud environmentsExperience monitoring distributed infrastructure using AWS tools or open-source tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stackExperience with Agile methodologies and KanbanStrong data manipulation skills and familiarity with BI toolsExcellent stakeholder management skills, including dealing with top management to drive projectsProactive initiative-taker with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
