OverviewLead Construction Planner & Controller_Modules role at Baker HughesJoin to apply for the Lead Construction Planner & Controller_Modules role at Baker Hughes.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability and setting main milestones for the construction phase.Managing and controlling the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery, supported by Primavera P6 and project control tools (TCE, Oracle; Business Object; ASCP; Cyber-plan); provide support to functions during project development and execution.Leading weekly reports to be shared with the customer, including key milestones and progress and productivity reporting.Preparing project control documents in compliance with project requirements.Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimizing inventory and implementing process improvements.Estimating sales and inventory levels on a monthly basis.Setting the transportation plan and strategy with the Operations leader and contractors.Developing strategic and operational plans; monitoring and following up with the commercial team on opportunities, defining available slots and manhour estimation.Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.Required QualificationsHave a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Planning).Have experience in EPC Planning and Execution.Be familiar with P6 Primavera tool.Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
