About the Role

Draft, review, and negotiate wide-ranging commercial contracts including engineering, operations, and maintenance (EPC) agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), joint development agreements (JDAs), and partnership contracts.
Leverage negotiation expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Draft and review complex commercial agreements.
