Lead Business Consultant - Front OfficeJoin SimCorp as a Lead Business Consultant in our EMEA Consulting Services team. This role focuses on delivering consulting excellence, driving configuration and standardization, and sharing knowledge across divisions and market units especially within the Investments team.OverviewSimCorp is an independent subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group and a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions. We bring a caring, customer‑success‑driven culture that values collaborative and curious individuals who want to grow while working with prestigious financial clients.Why This Role Is Important to UsAs a Business Consultant you will act as a trusted business and technology advisor for clients in at least two of the following areas of SimCorp Dimension®: portfolio management, trading and order management, compliance, regulatory and internal restrictions, performance measurement and attribution, risk management (market and liquidity), regulatory topics such as Solvency II (incl. ORSA), and instrument valuation and analytics (theoretical pricing). You will be exposed to a wide range of financial instruments and their valuation and will work on all processes related to your area of specialization.ResponsibilitiesLead major parts of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects, anticipating client needs and acting as trusted advisorDesign and configure solutions across multiple modules and project streams, enabling clients to achieve desired outcomesAdvise on and improve standard implementation processes, product and service offeringsIdentify growth opportunities and share new ideas with the organizationParticipate in sales processes when required to position SimCorp concepts and offeringsInstruct and mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge internationallyQualificationsDegree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science or similarPrevious experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firmsExcellent knowledge in at least two of the following areas: portfolio management, trading and order management, compliance/regulatory/internal restrictions, performance measurement and attribution, risk management (market and liquidity), regulatory topics such as Solvency II (incl. ORSA), instrument valuation and analyticsCertifications such as FRM, CFA, CIPM or others are desirableTeam spirit, strong communication, consulting skills, commercial awareness, customer orientation and quality consciousnessFluency in English and French or SpanishReadiness to travelBenefitsSimCorp offers a global hybrid work policy, requiring employees to be in the office two days per week and permitting remote work on other days.
