Serves as the expert on designated product lines and services. Collaborates with leadership to achieve volume goals and priorities. Manages a personal portfolio and strategizes growth by territory to market the BHSF product line and generate business from both new and existing physician referral sources. Develops market plans, assesses new markets, and analyzes business opportunities. Builds partnerships with the PBD team to develop or enhance business alliances. Plans and executes new business initiatives for specific products and services. The estimated salary range for this position is $64,862.42 - $84,321.15 per year, depending on experience.The role involves expanding patient referrals, increasing volume, and enhancing brand recognition of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) Institutes within the Naples market. Responsibilities include building relationships, developing strategies for market growth, managing physician engagement, conducting educational outreach, and acting as the primary liaison between local healthcare providers and BHSF.
