We support clients in managing their risk profiles through our management system certification and training services.About the RoleConduct regular auditing activities in the field;Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction;Perform work efficiently and in accordance with instructions, Quality System, and formal agreements;Maintain the independence of the DNV scheme at all times;Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent for Lead Auditor status;Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timelines;Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate core competence;Develop positive relationships with client personnel;Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale;Collaborate effectively within the team and support professional development;Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients;Use auditing tools correctly to ensure proper certification processes.The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.About YouPosition QualificationsExperience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;Ability to build strong relationships with customers;Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team;Proven auditing skills, flexibility, mobility, ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines, and maintain good client relations;Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;High integrity and professionalism.J-18808-Ljbffr
