Our strong focus on research and innovation opens an array of opportunities, and allows you to engage in projects which develop next-generation solutions and manage their risk picture through our management system certification and training portfolios.About the roleRegular auditing field activities;Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions / Quality System and / or formal agreement between the client and DNV;Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time;Maintain / acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration, serving as a basis for acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV;Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up when necessary within agreed timeframes and budgets;Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;Maintain high morale and contribute to a positive work environment;Work effectively as part of a team, guiding others through professional development, including timely reviews and goal setting;Communicate effectively with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data communication to ensure proper issue and management of certificates.The role will also include typical back-office tasks in support of project management such as:Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.About youPosition QualificationsExperience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT Sector related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;Ability to build strong relationships with customers;Experience in coordinating and managing an Auditor Team;Proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good client relations;Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English;Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.J-18808-Ljbffr
