Our strong focus on research and innovation opens an array of opportunities, allowing you to engage in projects that develop next-generation solutions.About the roleConduct regular auditing field activities;Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, the Quality System, or formal agreements with clients;Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other relevant registration to serve as Lead Auditor;Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up within agreed timeframes and budgets;Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;Contribute to a positive work environment and high morale;Work effectively as part of a team and support professional development;Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and clients;Use production tools correctly to support auditing activities and certificate management.The role also includes typical back-office tasks supporting project management such as:Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.About youPosition QualificationsExperience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;Ability to build good relationships with customers;Ability to coordinate and manage an audit team;Strong auditing skills, including flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good client relations;Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.J-18808-Ljbffr
