Minimum requirements we seek:
2–5 years post‑qualification experience as a Lawyer in Italy
Strong knowledge of consumer credit, earmarked credit, and relevant Italian / European regulations and directives
In‑depth understanding of captive financing and insurance products
Familiarity with dealer network operations and contracts
Demonstrated Ford OS behaviours : adaptability, continuous improvement, and cross‑team collaboration
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Flexibility to support key business deadlines
