Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele, is seeking to expand its team in Italy. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Rome.
Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation across a range of legal matters
Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions
Stay updated with legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Qualifications

Qualified Italian lawyer with full bar admission
Minimum 5 years' experience in law firms or corporate legal departments
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills
Proactive, client-focused, and a team player
