Are you ready to join a global leader in logistics and shipping solutions? TP in Greece is looking for Customer Experts to represent one of the most recognized international courier and logistics companies, known for its express delivery services and real-time tracking across the globe.
As a Customer Expert, you will:
Handle inbound calls and digital interactions (email, back-office tasks) with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup.
Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions.
Resolve customer complaints and escaly complex issues following documented procedures.
Maintain high levels of ownership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with procedures, tools, and service standards.
Requirements:
Excellent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
Very good English language skills.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems.
Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
