You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.Your key responsibilities will include :Drive Sales : Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategyExcellent Communication : Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-sales calls daily to potential studentsTeam Spirit : Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitudeRelationship building : Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the yearTeamwork : Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal sales and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experienceWhat We’re Looking For :Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Full fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking)Full working rights in EuropeSomeone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!All additional languages are a plus!Please note that this role is fully on-site.
