A rapidly growing renewable-energy developer is looking for a Land Manager (Acquisition) to support the expansion of large-scale solar and agrivoltaic projects across Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team building impactful clean-energy projects that contribute directly to Italy’s sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for solar and agrivoltaic development
Conduct site visits and build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, agencies, and local stakeholders
Negotiate land lease and acquisition agreements
Support technical and environmental feasibility assessments
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across the full land-sourcing process

About You

1–4+ years’ experience in land scouting, real estate, agriculture, energy development, or similar
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently and managing regular travel
Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
Motivated by renewable energy and Italy’s clean-energy transition
