GRS Recruitment is working with a payment solutions provider in Nicosia, seeking a KYC Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for client account reconciliations and supporting departmental operations. If you are ambitious and eager to grow within a developing organization, apply today for this Payments Officer role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct ongoing client reviews and due diligencePerform annual client reviews for entities/individuals based on a risk-based approachEnsure KYC/due diligence documentation provided by clients meets company requirementsKeep CRM systems updated with accurate client informationPerform negative database screenings using software such as World-Compliance and investigate any hitsMonitor clients' AML risk levelsCollaborate with Customer Support & Onboarding Department to ensure AML procedures are followedEscalate suspicions related to AML to the AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO)Perform any additional AML-related tasks as neededCANDIDATE PROFILEDegree in a related fieldProficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office toolsFluent in EnglishPrevious experience is requiredAML certification/diploma is advantageousExperience in a Financial Institution, Payment Service, or Electronic Money Institution is advantageousWillingness to attend seminarsCOMPANY BENEFITS13th salaryOpportunities for personal and professional growthDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
