Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.The Key Customer Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key customers to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and maximize market share. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver against company goals through data-driven planning and flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders, including buyers, store managers, and distributors.Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets for assigned key accounts by collaborating closely with Retail Execution, Consumer Experience (Marketing), Customer Service & Logistics and Finance.Develop and execute annual business plans for key customers aligned with company strategy to drive sales, volume, distribution, and market share growth.Analyze performance trends and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities, define corrective actions, and implement plans to improve results.Understand customer needs and recommend tailored, commercially sound solutions.Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, understand business dynamics, and identify growth opportunities.The role requires travel 50% of the time mainly in south italy.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Flexibility to eventually move to other locations in Italy.Preferred QualificationsA minimum of 3/4 years of experience in customer facing roles.
