The Opportunity
Quantum is seeking an ambitious and analytically minded Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth across existing and new partnerships. This is a role for a strategic commercial thinker with a passion for performance marketing, who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their portfolio.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial stakeholders, supporting the company’s revenue strategy while developing high-value partnerships across global markets.
Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of key commercial partners
Negotiate and optimise commercial agreements to drive profitability
Use a data-first approach to scale digital campaigns and achieve ROI
Lead onboarding of new partners and ensure seamless activation
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities
Drive outreach and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate CRM data and partnership communication records
Collaborate with internal teams to support conversion and onboarding performance
Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
Monitor market trends and feedback to identify growth opportunities
Represent the business at key industry events and trade shows
Support commercial KPIs and contribute to company-wide performance targets

About You

3+ years’ experience in a commercial or account-management role
Experience in iGaming and/or affiliate marketing strongly preferred
Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and commercial mechanics
Proven ability to close deals and grow key accounts
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and ROI focus
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including in-person settings
Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a growth mindset and low-ego approach
