On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is seeking a Key Account Manager to join an exciting and dynamic environment in the therapeutic area of oncology.WORKING AREA :South ItalyMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Achieve territory sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brands, and develop and implement testing adoption strategies.Organize scientific meetings and present to healthcare professional groups.Plan and manage customer multi-channel engagements within defined territories.Execute multichannel customer interactions, building trustful and long-term customer relationships by applying patient-focused global standards.Monitor and communicate competitor activity to upper management.Enhance customer understanding using the SF CRM system.Leverage digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data-driven decisions.Contribute to designing, developing, updating, and implementing tailored action plans for key customers in collaboration with other functions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.Track performance through customer and business KPIs.Provide feedback to the brand team for promotional campaigns.WHO YOU ARE :Scientific Degree.At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing functions.Experience in Oncology is mandatory.Knowledge of gastrointestinal and/or pulmonary areas is a plus.Excellent communication, analytical skills, and high responsibility.Result-oriented and data-driven mindset.Ability to work across functions in a complex environment.Customer-oriented with strong skills in managing difficult situations.Proficient in informatics with a strong digital mindset.Good knowledge of English.Residence or domicile in Campania (Napoli preferred) with maximum availability to travel within the territory.TYPE OF CONTRACT :Chemical Contract – Permanent Staff Leasing.Company Car, Sales Incentive Plan.IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with relevant domicile, residence, and work experience.
