JULÄINE is manufactured by CMO´s in Sweden.KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERMain responsibilitiesAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE and maintaining relationships with key accounts for the company in Italy. You will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe and marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors. You will also provide product and technical support to customers and will be responsible for achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities includeContribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accountsResponsible for the commercial relationship with Key Accounts in defined Region / Area / TerritoryBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributorsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and leadsProvide product and technical support to customersAttend and present at industry events and conferences as neededCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiativesCooperate in setting up appropriate programs to train new salesforce membersPrepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic filler market and competitive productsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, science)3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industryStrong customer-facing skills and ability to build relationships long-lasting relationship with customersExperience in dermatology or aesthetics is highly desirableFamiliarity with aesthetic filler products and the marketExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel for business as neededNordberg Medical is an entrepreneurial company that strongly believes in the power of teamwork, hence we also believe that these values should be aligned with your personality traits.About the organizationWorking and employment conditions :With our priority on productivity and communication, we take a flexible approach to working location.
