Key responsibilities of the role include:Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans, and programs.Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics.Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise responses to Customer tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities.Focus on and improve E2E supply chain to ensure product demand timelines are met, increasing customer confidence.Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers for successful program delivery.Build strong customer relationships and a service ethic to develop a competitive advantage within the customer organization.Analyze Monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, minimize unfavorable cost trends, and present findings to the Contract Steering Committee.Analyze program performance statistics and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Education / AchievementsA proven track record in successful business development from conception to implementation and operations.Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business.Experience / KnowledgeSales experience including negotiation with major commercial accounts.Thorough knowledge of Commercial markets.Specific SkillsProgram Management ExperienceCompany Specific CompetenciesTime management & personal organizationAbility to manage twice the productivity and workload compared to many cultures.Work with urgency and focus on critical tasks.Constant self-improvement and organizational development.Prioritize the 'critical few' and balance strategic and tactical execution.Manage by facts, access data, and focus on results.Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight.Create followership by supporting team success and leadership development.Hire, develop, and build the future organization.Role Specific CompetenciesInnovative thinker capable of developing and implementing complex proposals and programs.High-level customer relationship and negotiation skills.Effective problem-solving skills with sound judgment and ingenuity.Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills in Italian and English.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently.Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel regularly.
