Responsibilities
Manage sales in the South European region, focusing on key and specialized accounts.
Develop market position by expanding existing business and attracting new customers.
Build strong relationships with customers through market and application knowledge.
Coordinate customer contacts and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer and company needs.
Work closely with purchasing, production, planning, supply chain, and sales teams in an international environment.
Report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate in Genoa.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in chemical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales & marketing experience, with a proven track record in closing deals.
Experience in product development, formulations, and market launches with major accounts (optional but preferred).
Key account management expertise with strong market, technical, and R&D feedback capabilities.
Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and corporate levels.
Proactive, business-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently and in teams.
Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and a self-starter with proven commercial skills.
Willing to travel up to 30% overnight.
Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
